Minutes of 19th special Meeting

The 19th special Meeting.

The 19th special Meeting of our Association was held on 19th March 2024 in premises of Senior citizen Association site at 4.30 PM.

The discussions and resolutions re given below;

1. The special meeting is scheduled to discuss about retwntion of site since 5 years and gradual development of the shed.

2. The finance secretary cum treasurer gave the details of Collections and Expenditure till date.

The President Dr. Jayanth Kumar gave a call for furthur donations to the completion of the project and requested for advices on donations from outside the association.
Many members came forward and spontaneously donated about Rs.75,000. Furthur members suggested few names from whome donations can be collected.
All the members shared their views in the meeting.
Pandurangaiah garu noted everything and the president said that the committee will fallowup the advices.

The meeting was concluded with a vote of thanks by the Joint Secretary Sri Pandurangaiah garu.
